I'm a lover of all kinds of movement. Growing up in San Diego, I loved dance from early on. This grew into a career in ballet. I was introduced to Pilates as a method of cross-training and as a balanced way to support my body with integrity. This inspired me to open my own Pilates and movement studio, which I've run since 2002, while raising three wonderful children with my husband.

From my years working with my students, I've developed a more sophisticated understanding of the mind-body connection. I've furthered my studies via NeuroMovement Therapy and the Gyrotonic Method®, which I find exciting. I look forward to the opportunity to explore with you!
