​RULES & PROTOCOLS

what we're doing

  • We've changed our cleaning products to meet CDC and EPA standards—while keeping them safe for the environment and your skin
  • All of the props, equipment, and common surfaces will be sanitized between classes
  • We've installed HEPA air filters in all the HVAC air intakes
  • We've placed portable HEPA air filters throughout the space
  • We will open windows whenever possible
  • We will aim for as many fresh air exchanges as possible during your visit

what we're asking of you

  • MASK UP​ — please wear your mask at all times while in the studio, making sure that both your nose and mouth are covered
  • WASH YOUR HANDS — please wash your hands when you arrive; hand sanitizer is available by the door and throughout the space​
  • COMPLETE OUR SAFETY SURVEY — please complete before your first studio visit and after any travel ⬇︎

  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes or cologne or other strong scents​
  • Please stay home if you're feeling unwell or contagious
  • If you're new to Pilates, we recommend having at least one private session with any of our Pilates instructors before enrolling in a class
  • You're welcome to workout barefoot or wear non-slip socks; no shoes, please. We have non-slip Pilates socks available for purchase.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothing

cancellation
​policies

  • ​Notice of cancellation given less than 24 hours in advance of any class or service will result in a full charge
  • Missing a session or class without notice of cancellation, a 'no-show', will result in a full charge for that session
  • Inconsistent attendance or repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of reserved time slot
  • Availability, schedule, and prices are subject to change without notice

payment

  • Payment is rendered on the day of service 
  • We accept cash, check and and credit/debit card for all class and retail purchases
  • We kindly request that all clients authorize the Front Desk to keep a current credit card on file
  • Pilates Equipment classes are priced on a sliding scale based on how many students are in attendance
  • All services are priced the same, whether purchased individually​ or in bulk
