  • Please refrain from wearing perfumes or cologne or other strong scents​
  • Stay home if you're feeling unwell or contagious
  • If you're new to Pilates, we recommend having at least one private session with any of our Pilates instructors before enrolling in a class
  • You're welcome to workout barefoot or in socks. We have non-slip Pilates socks available for purchase.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothing.

  • ​Notice of cancellation given less than 24 hours in advance of any class or service will result in a full charge
  • Missing a session or class without notice of cancellation, a 'no-show', will result in a full charge for that session
  • Inconsistent attendance or repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of reserved time slot
  • Availability, schedule, and prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment is rendered on the day of service 
  • We accept cash, check and and credit/debit card for all class and retail purchases
  • We kindly request that all clients authorize the Front Desk to keep a current credit card on file
  • All services have sliding scale options available to ensure financial accessibility
