​what to expect:

​Participants usually lie on their backs on a mat on the floor in a relaxed, neutral position. Nothing will be requested of you other than to simply listen and stay present with what your experience is.

what to bring:

Wear comfortable, non-binding clothes and dress in layers. You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s), eye pillow. Some props will be available if you don't have your own.

Lisa is a Vibrational Sound Therapist, Reiki Sound Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and founder of Serenity Holistic Touch, LLC. She brings her passion for music and healing into the sound meditation baths to help you relax and bring balance to your life. 

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Arizona and an active participant in the Tucson community. She proudly provides services for Loving Hands of Healing Hope; a local non-profit organization for cancer patients, and is an Integrated Therapy Provider with Community Cancer Connections.
