The ​GYROKINESIS METHOD® is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

Gyrokinesis is practiced with a mat and stool, and consists of sequences of expansive exercises where the student moves in sensuous spiraling, circular patterns, flowing from one repetition to the next. Movements are coordinated with breath and take you elegantly through a natural range of motion, with no compression or high impact.

By the end of a Gyrokinesis class, one's entire system is awakened and brought into greater balance. Focus on the breath stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity.
