The intention of this Mindfulness Meditation class is to practice paying attention, on purpose, to the present moment. For all levels. No experience necessary. No need to be able to sit on the floor; for your comfort, chairs are available for all. Open to all, regardless of your experience with meditation.

I've studied with a number of mindfulness meditation practitioners on a regular basis, including Kay Goldstein and Mary Love May. These teachers were mentors in my formal and informal mindfulness practice, and served as gentle yet powerful female role models. From them, I began to learn how to be strong without being hard. Their compassion and empathy started to melt away my tough exterior and reveal my softer strengths.
