you are how you move

And you can move differently for a different, better outcome, once you have more information regarding how movement works.

We currently live in a world where 'life' is mostly sedentary, and 'exercise' is the few hours a week we set aside to fit in some movement. Research is showing, more and more, that this approach doesn’t meet our bodies’ true need for movements.

Movement can be incorporated into your daily routine for the myriad benefits it brings to your life.

A movement-based lifestyle is one that keeps all of you moving—from your arms, legs and spine—to your entire 'microbiome'. Restore your body by returning to more nutritious movement. All bodies welcome!

The most unexpectedly enjoyable part of my Centerline experience has been (re)learning about my own abilities, and changing the story I've told myself, or been told by doctors my whole life. As a young child, I was diagnosed with arthritis in nearly every joint.

I lived a restricted and limited life for almost 40 years due to
degeneration, pain, inflammation, and loss of mobility—and my own perceived limitations. I'd accepted that pain was my norm, and because of that, I needed to be careful. I had ideas about what I could and couldn't do, and I'd resigned myself to just not being a very physically capable person.

And now I know that I have unlimited physical potential. Now I know I can do anything
