Would you like to cultivate functional strength so that you can move, walk, get up and down, and play with ease? Explore our Strength Training options: classes and private sessions. Classes are very small so you get a lot of personal attention. Or you may opt to work one-on-one with one of our personal trainers.
Classes and private sessions begin with corrective or body-weight functional movements, and then progressively add challenges using weight, coordination, speed or power. Workouts include core strength/stability challenges as well as full-body mobility exercises.
