I love teaching! As a Licensed Massage Therapist and energy worker, I've spent 13 years learning how the body heals and is affected by energy.
My relationship with Muay Thai began in 2003. I have trained in many martial arts, and Thai Kickboxing is a special passion of mine.
I believe experience is a great teacher and it is my goal to pass on what I have learned from my martial arts training, which includes: Aikido, Muay Thai, Silat, Kali, Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, submission grappling, and Tai Chi.
Even though these martial arts are all different, they each hold an elemnent that can be translated through Muay Thai training. I'm excited to share all of this with you!
