What is TRX®?
TRX Suspension Training® is the original, best-in-class suspension workout system that leverages gravity and your own body weight with hundreds of exercises.
In 1997, Navy SEAL commander Randy Hetrick had a problem: What’s the best way to keep a SEAL in top shape while waiting to launch a mission? His solution uses simple physics, leveraging the user’s own body weight and a simple tool, originally created from a jujitsu belt and parachute webbing. Hetrick’s idea evolved to become the TRX Suspension Training® and Rip Training—highly impactful, functional exercises that can be done anywhere, with compact, portable equipment. |

"I came into TRX® recovering from a lower back injury, and I wanted to have the strength and endurance I'd need for a successful 9-day scuba diving trip. I knew that we'd be doing 3 or 4 long dives a day, with lots of swimming and stair-climbing. My TRX sessions gave me what I needed to handle the strenuous physical effort of this trip, which meant I had a great time." —LIANE W, CENTERLINE TRX® STUDENT |
What is a TRX® workout like?
|
TRX® is efficient, effective and fun. Keep the body guessing with hundreds of exercises built around key movements: squat, lunge, pull and plank.
TRX Suspension Training® makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is unlimited—which makes it easily adaptable for all ability levels. TRX® provides a dynamic system that prepares you for what you DO on a daily basis and what you'd LIKE to do in your life, work and play. TRX exercises simultaneously create strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. |
